Hanamichi Sakuragi Made a Failed Slam Dunk Jump Starting From The Foul Line of Shohoku Team's Court

I keep looking for this scene last year. Seems I cannot find it both from the anime and manga. I checked it this year and I found it. It's on Chapter 220 of Slam Dunk manga by Takehiko Inoue. It's from before the start of the basketball ball semi-finals match between Shohoku and Sannoh in the Inter High tournament. 

The Foul Line is the point where the player does the free throw (pink line in the pic).:

But in this scene, it looks like Sakuragi ran from their opponent team's court then jumped from the half court line.

I had second thoughts if the one who said the line "of course, I can't" is Shinichi Maki or Sawakita Eiji.
